1.1.3 Processing of your personal information is necessary to carry out actions for the conclusion or performance of the agreement(s) between yourself and ZunguZ or processing of a request received from you.

1.2.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on the ZunguZ website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services or submitting information on our “Work for Us” page. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition, and when you report a problem with our site.
1.2.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
1.2.3 Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

1.3.11 ZunguZ retains all rights to non-personal information collected and compiled by ZunguZ.
1.3.12 Personal Information will be retained by ZunguZ for a period of 14 months from date of receipt of the personal information to enable ZunguZ to provide agreed support services. ZunguZ may retain certain records in access of the aforesaid period for historical, statistical or research purposes only.
1.3.13 Further processing of your personal information will be compatible with the purpose as set out above.
1.4 DISCLOSURE OF YOU INFORMATION
1.4.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

1.4.3 No log-in names or passwords will be disclosed to any third party, except those third parties responsible for the execution of the ZunguZ website log-in facility (where applicable);

In those circumstances those third parties shall be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement on no less stringent terms than found in this privacy statement and to process and protect your data solely in accordance with our instructions;
1.4.5 You have a right to see your personal information that we keep about you subsequent to receipt of a written request and payment of a fee (See Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000) to ZunguZ. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact ZunguZ immediately.
1.5 WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.5.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
1.5.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. 1.7.2 Please take note that ZunguZ may send you emails from time to time but we would NEVER send an email asking for personal information including but not limited to your bank details, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information (phishing communications).
1.7.3 Where there are reasonable ground to believe that your personal information has been accessed or acquired by an unauthorised person we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, subject to possible directives not to notify you as instructed by local law enforcement agencies. Notification of possible unauthorised access or acquisition of your personal information will be send to you via email or cell phone.
1.8 HOW YOU CAN ACCESS OR CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION
1.8.1 You may request us to correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information or delete the personal information in ZunguZ’s possession or under our control that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading or obtained unlawfully by sending us a request by email, reflecting the aforesaid to info@ZunguZ.com;
1.8.2 On receipt of your email we will correct or destroy / delete the information. If the aforesaid results in a change to the information and the changed information has an impact on the agreement between you and ZunguZ or application submitted to ZunguZ, then ZunguZ reserves its rights to terminate the agreement or withdraw the application for work you have submitted and accordingly inform each person or body or responsible party to whom the personal information has been disclosed of those steps;
1.8.3 To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
1.9.1 Please be aware that the ZunguZ website may link to other websites which may be accessed through the ZunguZ website. We are not responsible for the data protection – or privacy policies or procedures or the content of these linked websites;
